  9. Impersonate TourGuys Live, its staff, partners, guides, or any other person or entity;

  11. Collect or store personal information of other users without consent;
  12. Use TourGuys Live branding, logos, photography, tour concepts, or media assets without authorization;
  13. Reproduce or resell tours, itineraries, experiences, concepts, or event formats offered through TourGuys Live without explicit written permission;
  14. Interfere with or disrupt the experience of other users, guests, guides, partners, or collaborators using the Services.

TourGuys Live reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe a user has violated these terms or acted in a way that may harm TourGuys Live, its users, partners, or reputation.

User Content & Community Guidelines

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, testimonials, social media tags, or other content to TourGuys Live, you grant TourGuys Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, and promote such content in connection with our services, marketing, social media, events, and promotional materials.
