Live Text & Community Support Terms

These Terms govern the use of messaging, community support, concierge assistance, event guidance, and travel-related communication services provided by TourGuys Live through SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, chat features, social platforms, or other communication channels (collectively referred to as the “Messaging Services”).

By using the Messaging Services, you agree to these Terms in addition to the general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of TourGuys Live.

About the Messaging Services

TourGuys Live may provide users with access to local recommendations, cultural insights, nightlife guidance, event information, community support, booking assistance, travel suggestions, and personalized recommendations through direct messaging or concierge-style communication services.

These services may be provided by members of the TourGuys Live team, collaborators, hosts, guides, ambassadors, creatives, or community representatives (“Community Hosts”).

The purpose of these services is to help users discover experiences, communities, tours, events, restaurants, venues, cultural spaces, nightlife, and local activities.

Independent Decision-Making

Any recommendations, opinions, suggestions, or guidance provided through the Messaging Services are intended for informational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for independently evaluating:

• Venues;
• Events;
• Activities;
• Travel arrangements;
• Restaurants;
• Accommodations;
• Transportation;
• Third-party services or providers.

TourGuys Live does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, quality, availability, or suitability of any recommendations provided through the Messaging Services.

User Responsibility

By using the Messaging Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own travel, booking, safety, and participation decisions;
• You will independently verify information before relying on it;
• You participate in tours, nightlife activities, events, or experiences at your own risk;
• TourGuys Live is not responsible for third-party actions, cancellations, misconduct, injuries, damages, delays, or losses.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Messaging Services may include:

• Links to third-party websites or apps;
• Recommendations for venues, organizers, businesses, or service providers;
• Access to booking platforms or reservation systems.

TourGuys Live does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their conduct, pricing, policies, content, availability, or operations.

Your interactions with third parties are entirely at your own risk.

User Content & Communications

Any information, photos, videos, messages, reviews, or content you send through the Messaging Services may be treated as user-generated content under our Terms & Conditions.

By communicating with TourGuys Live, you grant us permission to:

• Respond to your requests;
• Provide support and recommendations;
• Improve our Services;
• Monitor communications for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, training, or quality assurance purposes.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through the Messaging Services, including:

• Passport information;
• National ID documents;
• Financial or payment information;
• Medical records;
• Sensitive personal data.

Standard messaging, mobile data, or internet charges from your provider may apply.

Community Standards

When using the Messaging Services, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others;
• Spam or send unsolicited promotional messages;
• Share unlawful, fraudulent, explicit, or harmful content;
• Impersonate another person or organization;
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the platform or community.

TourGuys Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Messaging Services for violations of these standards.

No Professional Advice

Recommendations or guidance provided through the Messaging Services do not constitute:

• Medical advice;
• Financial advice;
• Security advice;
• Professional travel guarantees.

All information is provided on an “as available” and “informational” basis only.

Booking Facilitation

TourGuys Live may assist users in discovering or connecting with third-party events, tours, venues, organizers, or booking providers. However, TourGuys Live is not the organizer, owner, or operator of all listed experiences unless explicitly stated.

Any bookings or transactions with third parties are agreements directly between you and the third-party provider.

Modifications & Availability

TourGuys Live may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Messaging Services at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Messaging Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
