Copyright Infringement Notification

At TourGuys Live, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, contributors, and partners to do the same.

If you believe in good faith that any content hosted, published, or made available through our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice to us containing the information listed below.

Please include the following information in your notice:

• A clear description or identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
• A clear identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL or sufficient information allowing us to locate the material;
• Your full contact information, including:
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
• The following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
• The following statement: “I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We recommend consulting with a legal advisor before submitting a copyright complaint. Please note that knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability, including damages and legal costs.

Upon receiving a valid notice, TourGuys Live will review the complaint and may remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content where appropriate.

By submitting a copyright complaint, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your notice and contact details with the party responsible for the reported content where legally necessary or appropriate.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TourGuys Live reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, contributors, partners, or users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable copyright laws.

We may also remove content or limit access to the Services where we reasonably believe that intellectual property rights have been violated, whether or not repeated infringement has occurred.
