TourGuys connects you with local guides for live, personal tours. Open the map, see which guides are online near you right now, and book a tour instantly or schedule one for later.

Open the app, browse tours on the map or in the list, and tap the one you like. Choose "Book now" if the guide is online, or pick a date and time to schedule. You pay securely in the app and your booking is confirmed as soon as the guide accepts.

Payments are handled securely in the app via Stripe. You can pay with Apple Pay or a debit/credit card. Your card is only charged once the guide accepts your booking.

Yes. You can cancel from the Bookings tab. If you cancel before the guide accepts, nothing is charged. For accepted bookings, contact your guide via the in-app chat to rearrange.

Use the Filter button on the map screen. Under "Guide speaks" you can select one or more languages and the list updates instantly.

Download the TourGuys Guide app and register. After a short onboarding (profile, city, your first tour) and approval, you can go online and start receiving bookings. Payouts go directly to your bank account via Stripe.

Guides receive their earnings through Stripe after a completed tour, minus the platform fee. Payout timing depends on your bank, typically a few business days.

After a tour ends you are asked to rate your guide and can leave a short review and photos. Reviews are public and help other travellers pick the right guide. See our Content Integrity Policy for the rules.

The tourist app uses your location to show nearby guides and tours, and during an active tour so you and your guide can find each other. Guides share their live location only while they are online or on a tour. See our Privacy & Data Policy for details.

You can permanently delete your account from the profile screen in the app. This removes your personal data in line with our Privacy & Data Policy.
